Welcome Baby

Welcome to our new challenge at Bitten By The Bug 2. Our wonderful DT Sister Caroline is our hostess and she has challenged use a Cricut Cartridge Baby Cut to make a new baby project. I don't need a baby card at the moment but I'm sure I will in the near future. I decided to go with the Heritage cartridge. I cut the baby stroller on page 38 at 4 inches. I cut it three times so I could paper piece the different colors. I added some faux half pearls is a soft pink to the center of the wheels and then popped it up on one thickness of foam tape. The sentiment is from the Tiny Tags Stamp Set from My Craft Spot. I stamped the tag and then the sentiment inside and trimmed around it. This is the first time I've used this set and I think I'm going to like it. The bow is some crinkle ribbon made by me. Yeah, I crinkled and colored my first ribbon and I'm loving it!!! I did a total of four different colors, and chose this one for this card. I think it goes perfectly with it! The bow on front is a double bow. First time I've tied one of those, too! I used the bow maker from 3 Girl Jam. Made it so much easier to make!! The designer papers I used are from My Minds Eye-Lost & Found-Market Street 6x6 pad.
We would so love it if you decided to join our challenge. Please us a Cricut cut and make a new project following the theme for this week. The rest of the rules can be seen on the side bar at Bitten By The Bug 2. And while you are over there, check out the creations my DT Sisters made for some inspiration. Awesomeness for sure!!! Then head to your crafty space and get to creating!! Just make sure you link up no later that Sunday, April 21st. So looking forward to seeing what you make!! Hope ya'll like my card!!!! :)
