Guess what today is? Yeah, I know it's Saturday. And yes, we were lucky to miss having the 13th on a Friday. But it's even better than that. It's my turn to present the Daily Project at Exploring Cricut!! I sure hope you have been checking out the daily projects that my DT sisters and brother have been sharing with you. And have you entered our challenge yet? If not, you still have time. It doesn't end until 9pm, EST, tonight. Also, did you join us for our blog hop yesterday? Well, maybe you need to get to hopping if you didn't!!! You sure missed some awesomeness!!!!
Now for my project today I'm sharing a birthday card that I made for one of our granddaughters. I used the great Cricut Lite Teddy Bear Parade cartridge. I am so loving this cart!!! I made the birthday bear. It can be found at #7 on the overlay. Everything was cut at 3.5 inches. I coated the balloons with glossy accents and used some crystal stickles on the candle flame and star on top of the party hat. I also did a little bit of faux stitching around the hat. The ribbon is from my stash. The sentiment is a wooden stamp. I also used the D'vine Swirls embossing folder on the frosting of the cupcake. Well that is it for today.
I'm heading out to the cheeroffs that two of our granddaughters are in this morning and then late this afternoon to the ballgames. We have a grandson that plays. Such fun!!! Sure hope y'all have a great weekend! And hope ya like my card!!!! :)
