Birthday Sundaes Challenge #49

Kristie has announced that this will be the last challenge for Birthday Sundaes. I am sad but I do understand. I have so enjoyed joining in on the challenges. I didn't miss many of them. So for this last challenge Kristie wants a birthday card with number(s) on it and birthday wording/sentiment on the front. I decided to cut Dorothy from the Sesame Street and Friends cartridge. She can be found on paper 75. I cut her and her layers at 3 1/4 inches. I think she is a cutie with those big eyes. I coated them in Glossy Accents. The sentiment is from two different stamp sets from My Pink Stamper. I used Family and Friends and More Punny-licious. The bg pattern paper is from DCWV-the Celebrations Stack.  That's it.
