Birthday Sundaes Challenge # 39

Birthday Sundaes is having a fun challenge this week. It is to create a birthday card using a picture (see it posted on their blog) as inspiration. And they added a new twist. It is a requirement to use one visible element from the picture. For this one, it is a snowman. Also make sure you have birthday wording/etc. on the front of your card. I made a 6x6 card. I cut the circle and triangle from the George cartridge and the snowman is from the Paper Trimmings cartridge. I cut extra of the hat, scarf, mittens, boots and hearts so I could pop them up. All of the papers I used I dug out of my scrap bin. I hid the face features on the snowman (using hide contour on my Gypsy Girl) so I could stamp this cute face from Peachy Keen Stamps Wide Eyed Kids Face Assortment. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink Handwritten Notes set. I did a little bit of doodling and finished my card with these little Crystal Stickers (that's what they are called on the package) that I thought looked a little like snowflakes.
