Jitterbuggin-A Special Halloween Contest
Sherri over at Jitterbuggin is doing a special contest. It's called Trick or Treat: A Special Halloween Contest! She is celebrating her 20th week of Jitterbuggin! Awesome!! You have until Oct. 15 to complete this challenge. She will be having an open public vote for the favorite project and the lucky winner gets a choice of any Cricut Lite cartridge!! How awesome is that?! Here are the rules: Follow the sketch: It looks like a gate fold card and you can make one but it isn't required. You are to put a trick or treater on your card....but there is a catch to this! You must use 2 different cartridges in the creation of your little goblin. Then add a star somewhere on your card. Also, you may enter more than once. You have until Friday, Oct. 15th at 11:59 pm EST to enter. Voting will begin on Saturday, Oct. 16 and run through Monday, Oct. 18. Winner to be announced Wed., Oct. 20th. Now on to my card. I cut the ovals and stars from George, used the Halloween Bird from 3 Birds on Parade cartridge and the Ghost is from Paper Doll Dress Up. I cut the layer of the halloween bag to put on top and then wrote Candy on it. Did one for the inside also. The bird had this piece on it that had the word Boo to go on it like the bird was talking, but I cut that part off. The patterned cardstocks are both from My Mind's Eye Boo!toYou!. The star cs is called Midnight Stars and the circle one is the reverse side of the Haunted Trees piece. The sentiment is a stamp from Daisy Bucket Designs. Now how about hopping over to Jitterbuggin and joining in on this fun and you just might win that cartridge!! But you know, I would love for you to vote for my card when the voting begins!! LOL Hope ya'll like my card!! :)
