Teen Birthday Card

Happy Saturday!! Over at http://cricutcardzchallenge.blogspot.com/ this week is challenge #36. The theme this week is teen birthday card. You can use any cartridges or colors. Get to creating and enter by midnight EST, Tuesday, 8/10! I used my trusty Gypsy and created this shape card. I used the Paisley cartridge. I used the shadow cut for the card itself. There are two shoes on each cut, I copied it and hid opposite shoes and then butted the back top of the shoes together. Now I'm telling you this isn't easy. Oh the copy, etc. is but trying to get them to butt up against each other isn't. The hiden parts didn't want to stay off the edge of the mat! I thought I had it, cut it and it didn't match!! AGH!!!! So I did it again. Better!!  Then I cut the reg. cut and it's layers. Used yellow stickles on the center of the flower. Used a My Pink Stamper stamp from the Family and Friends set. Our oldest Granddaughter will be 18 in November so I'll give this to her. I hope ya'll like my card!! :)
