With Sympathy

Morning everyone. This week it is my pleasure to host the challenge at Bitten By The Bug 2. I challenged my DT Sister's to make a Sympathy card. I am never prepared when I need one, and I'm not really good at making them either. The sentiment on the front of my card was cut from the Jasmine cartridge using my Explore. I would have never been about to cut it at this size on my Expression. I truly love how it cut it so perfectly. The bg cardstock is from Recollections0Simply Pastel 6x6 pad. I got it on clearance. The oval was also cut from Jasmine. It is from a frame cut, but I only needed the oval. I did some doodle lines around the oval with a Lt. Green Wink of Stella pen. I put some Bo Bunny Jewels in the corner. The inside sentiment is from a K Andrew Designs stamp set called Sympathy Sayings. I don't believe she does stamps any more.
Please head over to Bitten By The Bug 2 and check out the cards that my DT Sister's made. Awesomeness for sure!!! While you are there, check the rules that are in the sidebar. Then head to your crafty space and make a new Sympathy card. Making sure to use a Cricut cut on it. So looking forward to seeing what you create.
Hope ya'll like my card!!!! :)

Well... for someone who thinks they don't make good sympathy Cards... this is Beautiful! :)
The sentiment is perfect and the lovely flowers on the sides from the paper make it just right! :) Wonderful card! :)

This was a great challenge Sharon, as we all need sympathy cards at some point in time. I, like you, am never ready so this helps me to have a card in my stash for when I do need it. Which I'm hoping isn't for a long time!! lol Now your card is just beautiful! I love the paper you used and omgosh, I haven't used my Jasmine cart in forever because it is hard to get good cuts from it. Nice to know that this phrase cut so well on the Explore! I've gotten mine out the box, but that is it. lol Soon I plan on playing. Hugs, Brenda

You are right, the Explore cut this sentiment amazingly. It is so nice to have these accurate cuts. This font is so pretty as well as this bg paper!!! What a wonderful sympathy card.
