Some Bunny....

Gosh, can you believe that this is the last Monday in March?! And Easter is this Sunday!!! Since it is Monday, we are starting a new challenge at Bitten By The Bug 2. Our wonderfully talented DT Sister Melanie is hosing this week. She has challenged us and you to make a project using a Cricut bunny or rabbit. I just love this cut of the bunny inside of the tulip from the Baby Steps cartridge. I decided to do it as a print and cut. Love how they turned out. And how about the smaller one on the inside? I punched the clouds from a Fiskers punch. The grass is from the Mickey and Friends cartridge. The sentiment on the front is from the 'Easter Punnies' stamp set and the inside one is from the 'Happy Days' stamp set. These are from Mary-Cardz TV Stamps.
Hope you plan on visiting Bitten By The Bug 2 and checking out the projects that my DT Sister's made. I promise you that they are awesomeness for sure!!! While you are over there, look in the sidebar at the rules for our challenges. Then head to your crafty space and create a project using a Cricut cut of a bunny or rabbit. Looking forward to seeing what you make.
Hope ya'll like my card!!!! :)

Happy Birthday

Morning!! It's Monday and that means we are starting a new challenge at Bitten By The Bug 2. Our wonderfully talented DT Sister Mayra is hosting this weeks challenge. She has challenged us and you to use a Cricut frame on your project. Now I really wasn't sure what I wanted to do with this challenge. I checked out the frames that are on the Elegant Edges cartridge. I picked one out, cut the back of it. When I started cutting the top piece with the design on it, it got chewed up. Well, the design did. Tried again, and it happened again. So I decided that I would just use the back piece. I then used the Birthday Bash cartridge and cut the Happy Birthday sentiment. I popped up the frame and glued the sentiment to the card front. The bg designer paper is from My Mind's Eye-Happy Day 6x6 pad. The dots are from Doodlebug Designs Inc.-Snow Flurry Sprinkles. The inside sentiment is from the 'Make a Wish' stamp set from Mary-Cardz TV Stamps.
Hope you head over to Bitten By The Bug 2 and check out the projects that my DT Sister's have made. Awesomeness for sure!!! While you are there, look in the sidebar at the rules for our challenges. Then how about heading to your crafty space and create a project using a Cricut frame cut. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.
Hope ya'll like my card!!!! :)

Easter Blessing

Morning Crafty Friends!! I have the honor of showcasing my creations over at Cardz TV Gallery today. I love that I can make anything to share. Today I am sharing two Easter cards that I made using my Silhouette Cameo. The files I used are from the Silhouette Store. Both cards are 5x7 which are a7 cards. Sentiments on both cards are from the 'Easter Blessings' stamp set. You can purchase a set by going to Cardz TV Stamps.

This first card is Ornate Christian Cross Card by Lori Whitlock. It is file #76156. I love how it turned out. I popped the cross on foam tape.

My second card is Lilies Trio Easter by Snapdragon Snippets. It is file #76796. I am really pleased with how this turned out. The bottom sentiment tag is a deep purple, but in the picture it looks like a deep, deep brown. I added some Doodlebug Design Inc. Sprinkles-Christmas Assortment to finish off my card.

I sure hope ya'll are visiting Cardz TV Gallery Monday thru Friday when my DT Sister's and I are showcasing a different creation each day. I'm tellin' ya that if your aren't, you sure are missing some awesomeness for sure!!!!!
Hope ya'll like my cards. And I pray that each of you have a very Blessed Easter. :)

Friends Furever

Another weekend is gone and here it is Monday again. The great thing about Mondays is that it starts a new challenge at Bitten By The Bug 2. Our wonderful leader Susan is hosting our challenge this week. She has challenged us and you to use a Cricut birdcage on our project. I went with this cute cat in the birdcage from the Meow cartridge. I haven't used this cartridge in some time and I think only once. Love the confused look on the cat's face. The bg designer paper is from Recollections-Simply Pastel 6x6 pad. The sentiment is from the 'Barks and Bones' stamp set from Mary-Cardz TV Stamps. The enamel dots are from Dear Lizzy.
Please head on over to Bitten By The Bug 2 and check out the projects that my DT Sister's made. They are awesomeness for sure!!! Happy Birthday To You

Morning! Hope ya had a great weekend. I sure did. Today I have the honor of presenting the project at Cardz TV Gallery. I sure hope ya'll have been visiting each Monday thru Friday each week to check out what my DT Sister's have been creating. If not, well, you have been missing some awesomeness for sure!!! You just never know what is going to show up. It could be a card, an album, a frame, an altered item, just anything. And each uses Mary's stamps. My Mom had a birthday the middle of last week and this is the card I made for her. I am so loving the print and cut feature of both of my machines. For this one, I used my Silhouette Cameo. This cut is called House of 3 Spring Butterfly, by House of 3. It is file #9610 at the Silhouette Store. I totally love it, and so did my Mom. I used some ribbon that I had crinkled and colored and also some Dear Lizzy Enamel Dots. The sentiment is from Mary's 'Good Times' stamp set. You can get a set for yourself by going here.
I masked the stamp so I could stamp part of it on the front and part of it on the inside.

Thank you for coming by an visiting me today. I hope you like my card!!!! :)

Old Stuff Day........

Hope you had a wonderful weekend. I sure did!! Was off for 4 straight days and I loved it!! Got my crafting on for 3 of those days. Since it's Monday, it means we are starting a new challenge over at Bitten By The Bug 2. My wonderfully talented DT Sister Emily is hosting our challenge this week. Emily has challenged us and you, too, to make a project using a Cricut cartridge that you haven't used in a long time. I checked through my cartridges in the Craft Space and realized I haven't used the Art Nouveau cartridge in a super long time. Went through the cuts and picked the cattails. I'm loving the print and cut feature so I print and cutted the cattails. I flipped one in the opposite direction. I wanted a pond so I print and cut this one from the Create A Critter cartridge. The clouds are a Fiskers punch. The bg designer paper is from Kathy Davis-Poppies 6x6 pad. The sentiment is from the 'Think Spring' stamp set from Mary-Cardz TV Stamps.
Hope you plan on heading over to Bitten By The Bug 2 and checking out the projects that my DT Sister's have made. I can assure you that they are awesomeness for sure!!!! While you are over there, look in the sidebar at the rules for our challenges. Then head to your crafty space are create a project using a Cricut cut from a cartridge that you haven't used in a long time. Can't wait to see what you make!!
