With Sympathy

Morning everyone. This week it is my pleasure to host the challenge at Bitten By The Bug 2. I challenged my DT Sister's to make a Sympathy card. I am never prepared when I need one, and I'm not really good at making them either. The sentiment on the front of my card was cut from the Jasmine cartridge using my Explore. I would have never been about to cut it at this size on my Expression. I truly love how it cut it so perfectly. The bg cardstock is from Recollections0Simply Pastel 6x6 pad. I got it on clearance. The oval was also cut from Jasmine. It is from a frame cut, but I only needed the oval. I did some doodle lines around the oval with a Lt. Green Wink of Stella pen. I put some Bo Bunny Jewels in the corner. The inside sentiment is from a K Andrew Designs stamp set called Sympathy Sayings. I don't believe she does stamps any more.
Please head over to Bitten By The Bug 2 and check out the cards that my DT Sister's made. Awesomeness for sure!!! While you are there, check the rules that are in the sidebar. Then head to your crafty space and make a new Sympathy card. Making sure to use a Cricut cut on it. So looking forward to seeing what you create.
Hope ya'll like my card!!!! :)

Happy Valentine's Day

Morning!!! Today I am showcasing my latest box card over at Cardz TV Gallery. I have to tell you that I had a project made that I was using as a gift. I totally wrapped that thing up and gave it before I even realized that I forgot to get pictures!!!! I sure wanted to kick myself for that one!!! But then I visited the Silhouette Store and found the new box cards that Lori Whitlock had on there. And you know how I so love box cards!!!! Of course I bought them all and just had to get at least one of them made. This one is called Valentine Mailbox and is file #73226. The heart on the front and those on the back are from the new file February Hearts by Echo Park. They are file #73512. The sentiment on the front is from Mary's 'Encouraging Thoughts' stamp set and the one on the back is from the 'Be My Valentine' set. You can get your very own sets by going here.

Hope you have been checking our the Gallery every weekday. There is a new project showcased by one of my DT Sisters for your enjoyment. If you haven't been checking them out, you sure are missing some awesomeness for sure!!!!

I'm Bananas.......

Morning!! Here we are with another Monday. You know what the best part of Monday is? A new challenge at Bitten By The Bug 2! This time around our wonderfully talented DT Sister Michelle has challenged us to use Any Cricut Letters or Phrase on our project. I had to really think about this. I thought about Valentines Day and the cards I need to get started making for my grands, so I went with 'I'm Bananas 4 You!' from the Sweethearts cartridge. I also used the monkey, heart, vine and leaf. This bg paper is from an old DCWV-Safari Kids Stack. I think it turned out pretty cute.
How about heading on over to Bitten By The Bug 2 and checking out the projects that my DT Sisters made. Awesomeness for sure!!! Check out the rules for our challenges on the sidebar and then head to your crafty place and create a project using Cricut Letters or Phrase. Can't wait to see what you come up with!!
Hope ya'll like my card!!!! :)

Thoughts and Prayers

Good Tuesday morning!! I'm here this morning to post for the Pause Dream Enjoy Linky Parties. We are to create a project using Blue and White. I bought this great file from the Silhouette Store. It is called Butterflies in Flight Card. It is by Sophie Gallo and is file # 62826. I just love how it turned out. I put Clear Wink of Stella on each of the circles and butterflies to give it some sparkle. The sentiment on the inside is from the 'Heartfelt Wishes' stamp set from
Mary-Cardz TV Stamps.

Morning Crafty Friends!!! Hope your weekend was great and you are now ready for a new challenge at Bitten By The Bug 2. Our wonderfully talented DT Sister Melanie has challenged us to use a Cricut Snowflake on a project this week. I used my Cricut Explore to make my card. I used the Christmas Cards cartridge for my snowflakes and this cute little snowman. I used some White Wink of Stella on the snowflakes to give them some sparkle and added a little white pompom on the top of his hat. The bg papers are from Doodlebug Design-6x6-Frosty Friends paper pad. I put the sentiment on the inside. It is from the 'Snow Day' stamp set from Mary-Cardz TV Stamps.

All Time Favorite!!

Good Monday morning Bloggy Friends!!! Hope ya'll had a wonderful Christmas and New Year and are now ready to start joining us for our 2015 challenges at Bitten By The Bug 2. Our wonderfully talented DT Sister Melanie is hosting our first challenge of the new year. She has challenge us to use our most favorite Cricut cut. Now, Create A Critter is my all time favorite cartridge and I just love all of the cuts on it, so I chose a few of those for my card. I am so ready for spring although we really haven't had winter yet. Some cold nights and days, but not real winter yet. But I really am longing for spring, so I made a spring card. I just love this tree, tulip and sun cuts. I used my Cricut Explore to cut these. Love how it cut the stems on the tulips just perfectly. I sure am loving my Explore. The clouds are a Fiskers punch. I haven't added a sentiment to it yet. I will when I decide who I am giving it to and for what occasion.
Please head on over to Bitten By The Bug 2 and check out the creations that my DT Sisters have made. How about visiting them and leave them a little bloggy love. Check out the rules to our challenges while you are visiting BBTB2 and then head to your crafty space and create a project using your all time favorite Cricut cut.
I hope ya'll like my card!!!! :)
