Give Thanks......

Can you really believe that Thanksgiving is this week?! I'm tellin' you, November has gone by in a flash!!! But I am so ready for Thanksgiving!!! The food, the family gathering together, the food, the fun with the grands and oh, did I mention the food!!! LOL And what makes it best is that our awesome daughter is doing all of the cooking!!!
Guess I need to get to what I'm here for this morning: the new challenge at Bitten By The Bug 2. Our wonderfully talented DT Sister Emily is our hostess this week. She has challenged us to Give Thanks. Make a Thanksgiving card. I made these cards from the Home for the Holidays-Fall/Winter cartridge using my Explore. These were so very easy to make and they cut so well with the Explore! I love how they turned out. I kept them simply on the inside with just a sentiment. from the 'Thankful for You' stamp set from Mary-Cardz TV Stamps.
Head on over to Bitten By The Bug 2 and take a look at the creations that my DT Sister's have made. Awesomeness for sure!!! While you are there, check out the rules for our challenges in the sidebar. Then head to your crafty space and create a Thanksgiving card. Don't forget to use your Cricut when you create it!! Can't wait to see what you come up with.
I hope each of you have a very Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Hope ya'll like my cards!!!! :)

Happy Thanksgiving

Before we get started, just wanted to let you know that Janis is looking for a couple of Guest Designers!
Would you be interested?
If so just put GD after your name on your

linky party submission.
ANY type of crafting is welcome!
Stamping or Die Cutting, etc.
I am looking for a Guest Designer for the following dates
to finish out this year:
Dec 16 - North Pole theme
Dec 23 - Anything Goes
Dec 30 - Celebrate (birthday or new baby or congrats for anything)
Make sure these dates will suit your calendar,
because I will randomly assign the Guest Designers
to one of these dates. You will not get to pick the date you want.
Excited!

Can you believe that Thanksgiving is almost here?! I'm excited to show ya'll the card that I made for the PDE Linky Party. This week we are making projects using Pilgrims, Indians, Turkeys &/or Scarecrows. I decided to use a Pilgrim and an Indian. These darling little owls are from Miss Kate's Cuttables. They are file #52070 at the Silhouette Store. I think they are so cute!! I added some Clear Wink of Stella to the buckle on his hat and on the feathers on her headdress. The bg designer paper is from DCWV-Fall & Halloween Basics Stack. The sentiments are from the 'Thankful for You' stamp set from Mary-Cardz TV Stamps'. The enamel dots are from My Mind's Eye.
Head on over to PDE Linky Party and check out the projects that my DT Sister's have made. Awesomeness for sure!!! While you are there, check out the rules and then head to your crafty space and make a project using Pilgrims, Indians, Turkeys &/or Scarecrows and then link it up so we can come by and admire it!!! Can't wait to see what you make!!
Hope ya'll like my card!!!! :)

So glad you have stopped by for a visit. Today I have the honor of presenting the project over at Cardz TV Gallery. I have a lot of Christmas cards to make so I decided to show you what I have been working on. This is a Lori Whitlock file. It is #67736 in the Silhouette Store. It is called A2 Nativity Boxcard. I love it!!!! But then, I love box cards!!!! I am showing you what it looks like using different papers. I put the sentiment on the back. I used Mary's 'Christmas Joy' stamp set. You can purchase a set of your own by going here.
I hope you will join us each day as my DT Sisters present a different project or projects for you. If you miss any of them, then you will be missing some awesomeness for sure!!!!
I hope ya'll like my box cards!!!! :)

Christmas

Morning Everyone!!! Hope ya had a great weekend and are now ready for the new challenge at Bitten By The Bug 2. Our wonderfully talented DT Sister Diana is our hostess this week. She has challenged us to do an 'Anything Goes' project. You can use any Cricut Die Cut on your project. I recently got the Christmas Kitsch cartridge and just had to try it out using my Explore. Well, after I cut one of the cards, I just kept going until I had three of them cut out and put together. I will be doing the rest of them before I hand out Christmas cards this year. And these will be the ones!! So easy to cut and so easy to put together!!! I used the 'Holly Jolly' stamp set for the sentiments on the Candy Cane card and the 'Christmas Joy' stamp set on the other two. These stamp sets are by Mary-Cardz TV Stamps.
Hope ya'll hop over to Bitten By The Bug 2 and check out the projects that my DT Sister's have made. Awesomeness for sure!!! While you are there, check the side bar for the rules for our challenges. Then how about heading to your crafty space and create a 'Anything Goes' project using any Cricut Die Cut and link it so we can come by and admire it. We so love it when you join in on our fun!!!
Hope ya'll like my cards!!!! :)

Pumpkin

Here it is Monday again. Didn't we just have one of these? Well, it's time for another great challenge at Bitten By The Bug 2. Our wonderfully talented DT Sister Caroline is our hostess and she challenged us to use a Fall Pumpkin on our projects. I decided to play this one off the wall and I just love my card. I once again used my Cricut Explore to make my cuts. I used the Disney Happily Ever After and Pumpkin Carvings cartridges. I make my carriage look more like a pumpkin carriage by using the orange. Do you want a ride to the Pumpkin Ball? But be careful, your carriage just may disappear if you aren't careful.....! The sentiment on the inside is from a wooden stamp that I have in my stash.
Ride on over to Bitten By The Bug 2 and see what my DT Sister's have made with their pumpkins. Awesomeness for sure!!! Check the sidebar for the rules for our challenges and then head to your crafty space and make a Circuit cut pumpkin project. Can't wait to see what you come up with!!
Hope ya'll like my card!!!! :)

Today I am showing another box card. Yeah, another one!! I sure do love them!! This one is called Autumn Bouquet 3d Box Card. It is by Snapdragon Snippets. It is file # 68372 in the Silhouette Store. I used my Silhouette Cameo to make it. I just pulled different papers from my stash to put this together. I'm so loving it!!! I put my sentiment on the back. It is from the 'Fall Fun' stamp set. You can you very own copy here.

Thanks for visiting me today. Hope ya'll like my latest box card!!!! :)

Football

It's all about Football at Bitten By The Bug 2 this week!!! Our wonderfully talented DT Sister Brenda is our hostess this week and she has challenged us to use a cricut cut 'Football' on our projects. Now how fun is that?! I use to not be big into football (unless Alabama and Auburn were playing) until one of the grandson's started playing. Now two of them do and I'm a big fan of theirs and really get into Alabama football more so than ever!! I'm not really good with male cards and I consider a football themed card-male. I did my best for this one. I used my Cricut Explore to make the cuts from Team Spirit, All Sports and Create-a-Friend. The bg paper is open stock from Hobby Lobby. Peek on the inside and you will find the football.
How about heading on over to Bitten By The Bug 2 and see the football creations that my DT Sister's made. Awesomeness for sure!!! While you are there check out the rules for our challenges in the sidebar and then head to your crafty space and use a Cricut cut of a football on your project. Can't wait to see what you come up with!!
Hope ya'll like my card!!!! :)
