Wishing you......

Morning all!! I'm all ready for a new challenge at Bitten By The Bug 2, are you? Our wonderfully talented DT Sister Jayne is our hostess this week. She has challenged us to make a 'Gift Box'. This is not the best thing that I make, but I sure gave it a good try, and decided that it isn't to bad. Again I used my Cricut Explore. I got my box cut from Box It Up and the pumpkin is from Create-a-Critter. Now I know pink isn't exactly a Halloween color, but when you are doing a girl gift box, it works, right?! I popped the pumpkins and sentiment pieces up with one thickness of foam tape. The sentiment is from the 'Candy Corn Kisses' stamp set from My Craft Spot.
Head on over to Bitten By The Bug 2 and check out the gift boxes that my DT Sister's made. Awesomeness for sure!!!! While you are there look at the rules for our challenges in the sidebar.
Then head to your crafty space and create a gift box. Just make sure you use your Cricut!!!
Hope ya'll like my box!!!! :)

Happy Birthday!!!

Have you been checking back each day at Exploring Cricut and More? I'm just blown away by all of the awesomeness that I've been enjoying every day. Such fabulous 'Birthday' projects. Loving the projects that ya'll have been entering into the challenge, too. Now, if you have been putting off entering the challenge, you need to get to your crafty room and create something and enter. You don't want to miss out on the chance to win in Diane's giveaway!!
For my project today I just had to make a box card. And this is a big one!!! I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut this 8x10 extra large Birthday Box Card by Lori Whitlock. It can be found in the Silhouette Store. The is file #57265. It suggested to putting popsicle sticks behind the balloon pieces. You have to so they sill stand up. To top heavy without them. I decided to use all sorts of colorful cardstock on my box card. I used some dots from Recollections and some Blossom, Lilac and Natural twine from The Twinery. The sentiment is from the Peachy Keen Stamps September 2014 Stamp Club set.
Please help us finish our week long celebration of Exploring Cricut and More's 4th birthday. Enter the challenge and give comment love to all those that are presenting creations for inspiration this week.
Thank you Diane for an awesome blog!! And for letting me hang around!! :)
Hope ya'll like my latest box card!!!! :)

Happy Birthday Exploring Cricut and More!!!!

How exciting it is to help celebrate a birthday. If you haven't heard, Exploring Cricut and More is turning 4 years old. I'm so happy to say that I've been with Diane on this journey since the beginning and hope to be with her for future birthdays. If you didn't stop by EC&M Monday and yesterday, then you have missed out on some awesomeness for sure!!! Head on over there and check them out right now, I'll still be here waiting on you when you get back...............now didn't I say awesomeness for sure?!!! For my projects today I used the Cricut Explore to cut this box from Fancy Boxes and the candles from Sesame Street-Elmo's Party. Both of these are free for two weeks with my introduction to my Cricut Explore. So glad since I don't have either one. The sentiment on the box is from the "Build A Birthday' stamp set from My Craft Spot. The rhinestones are from Recollections. The bow is made from some seambinding that I crinkled and dyed. For the card, I used some My Mind's Eye-Hootenanny for the bg. I coated the candle flames in orange Wink of Stella Brush and the wax drips in Clear Wink of Stella Brush. Used the same ribbon like is on my box. The sentiments are from the 'Make a Wish' stamp set from Mary-Cardz TV Stamps. The candle stamp on the inside is from the Peachy Keen Stamps Sept. 2014 stamp club set.
We hope you plan on joining us each day this week for all of the crafty goodness and join in on the challenge. We so love seeing what you make. Who knows, you just might be the lucky one to win one of the goodies that Diane is giving away!!!
Hope ya'll like my gift box and card!!!! :)

BOO!

Morning!!! Thank you for stopping by to visit me today. I have a project for Cardz TV Gallery to share with you today. I try to make a Halloween card for each of our grandchildren. Sometimes it gets hard to know what they may like. But I think I hit it good with this little card today. I used my Silhouette Cameo and cut this darling Halloween Ghost by Lori Whitlock. It is file #65746 in the Silhouette Store. I added some Trendy Twine in Halloween Orange Licorice on the side. The bg paper is from My Mind's Eye-Frightful 6x6 pad. I cut an extra pumpkin for the inside. I used my clear Wink of Stella Brush on the ghost eyes and the eyes and mouth of the pumpkins. The sentiments are from the 'More Spooky Sayings' stamp set. You can get your very own copy here. I hope you are visiting Cardz TV Gallery everyday and checking out what my DT Sisters are showcasing. If not, you sure are missing some awesomeness for sure!!! Also, visit Mary's for the lastest challenge she has going on.
Hope ya'll like my card!!!! :)

And The Cow Jumped Over The Moon

Good Monday morning crafty friends!!! This week I have the honor of hosting the challenge at Bitten By The Bug 2. I wanted to have a little fun this week so I have chosen for everyone to use a Cricut cut of a Cow on their projects this week. I decided to go with my most favorite cow cut. It is on the Create-a-Critter cartridge. You can find her on page 60. I cut her and her layers at 3 inches. Now, she is her own cow and doesn't follow others trends. She can make a fashion statement all her own. I I sparkled up her hoofs, tail and horns with some clear Wink of Stella brush. I used some black faux half pears for her eyes. The bg DP is from Graphi 45-Mother Goose Collection 8x8 pad. I finish it off with some My Mind's Eye Metallic Dots. The sentiment that I put on the inside is from the 'Farmyard Funnies' stamp set from Mary-Cardz TV Stamps.
That is it for me today. Head on over to Bitten By The Bug 2 and check out the projects that my DT Sister's made. Awesomeness for sure!!! While you are there check out the rules for our challenges in the sidebar. Then head on to your crafty space and create a project using a Cricut cut of a Cow. I'm so looking forward to seeing your 'Cow' projects!!!
Hope ya'll like my Cow card!! :)

I know these are not the best photos that I have taken, but we can't seem to get sunshine long enough for me to get good ones made!!

Hey Pumpkin!

I am so beyond excited to be a part of Mary's Cardz TV Gallery!!! The only rule we have to follow is to use Mary's stamps on our project. And that is such an easy rule to follow since I use Mary's stamps on most of my projects!! Mary has the best stamps and there is always a sentiment to go with whatever you make! Check them out by going here. Mary has three new sets out and I used one of them on my project. The new 'Frankly Frightful' set.

I made the box card from the new Fright Night Kit from SVG Cuts.
If you are a regular visitor here at my blog, you know how I so love box cards!! I think I have to have every file that is out there.
I used clear, silver, black and orange Wink of Stella brushes on my card. On the BOO, the faces of the pumpkins, webs, bats and tombstones. I so love this file!!! Now to decide which of the Grands gets this one!!!
I hope ya'll are visiting Cardz TV Gallery everyday. There is a new project showcased there every day except Sunday for your enjoyment. If you aren't visiting, you are missing some awesomeness for sure!!!!
Hope ya'll like my latest box card!!! :)

Fall Leaves

Morning everyone!! How's the weather where you are? It feels so much more like Fall this week than it did last week. Cool crisp air, leaves pretty colors and falling (will need to rake soon) and the fair just left town. Fall for sure!!! Fall Leaves is the theme that our wonderfully talented DT Sister Pam has challenged us with this week at Bitten By The Bug 2. Just use some Cricut cut Fall Leaves on your project. I decided to go with the great leaves on the Sesame Street Seasons cartridge. They can be found on pages 50, 51 and 52. I cut them at 2 inches and 2 1/2 inches. I used a brown Wink of Stella Pen to make the veins. The sentiments are from the 'Thankful for You' stamp set from Mary-Cardz TV Stamps.  That's it for me today.
Head on over to Bitten By The Bug 2 and check out the great 'Fall Leaves' projects that my DT Sister's have made. Awesomeness for sure!!! While you are there, look at the sidebar for the rules for our challenges, then head to your crafty spot and create a project with Cricut Fall Leaves and link it so we can come by and admire it.
Hope ya'll like my card!!!! :)
